Battle Mania is a cult game "made in Japan" from the legendary Vic Tokai company, which was marketed in the United States under the name of Trouble Shooter. What you'll find in Battle Mania isn't extraordinary, but for some reason this game came to enjoy worldwide fame, being still fairly popular.

Well, here's a version of Battle Mania for Windows that can be downloaded for free, in which girls are the stars of the action, something quite unusual in this type of arcade game. A curious aspect of Battle Mania, is that it combines lateral displacement with the vertical displacement, with armed struggle and flight the dynamics of the games.

And in Battle Mania, as if it were a spaceship game, the girls have to shoot while flying with jet engines. In Battle Mania you'll find, as always, enemies of higher and lower range, depending on the success or failure of your "warrior girl" and her flight control, speed and reflexes to shoot.
